Irrigation Manager — Highridge Landscapes $30-$39 per hour | Full-time | Bozeman, MT and local job sites Lead the irrigation work that keeps Montana landscapes healthy, efficient, and running right—and help build a dependable team and service operation at Highridge Landscapes. The work You'll lead Highridge's irrigation installation, service, repair, seasonal start-up, and winterization work across residential and commercial properties around Bozeman. You'll plan work, coordinate people and materials, review job quality, communicate with clients, and step in on complex technical issues when needed.

You'll:

Lead, coach, and hold irrigation technicians accountable for safety, quality, pace, and documentation. Plan and prioritize installations, service calls, seasonal work, and repairs. Diagnose controller, wiring, valve, pressure, flow, coverage, and drip-system issues. Verify systems are tested and operating as intended before closeout. Maintain reliable parts, tools, vehicles, and equipment readiness. Route pricing and scope changes through the proper process before commitments are made. Keep job records, notes, photos, parts, settings, and follow-up needs complete in Aspire. Raise schedule risks, material constraints, access issues, and safety concerns early. What success looks like At least 90% of planned irrigation work is completed on schedule after a baseline is established. Repeat visits for the same issue stay below 5% after a baseline is established. Crews start prepared, work safely, receive clear coaching, and have the materials and information they need. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold field team members accountable. Strong troubleshooting skills across irrigation hydraulics, controllers, wiring, valves, heads, and drip systems. Ability to plan work, prioritize competing demands, and communicate schedule changes early. Professional customer communication and sound judgment around recommendations and scope. Valid driver's license meeting company and insurance standards. Ability to work outdoors, visit job sites, inspect field conditions, and perform hands-on technical work when needed. Backflow experience, controller-brand familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful but not required.
