Job Description

Landscape Foreman Full-Time Position Highridge Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a full-time Landscape Foreman to oversee landscaping and groundskeeping projects in Bozeman, Montana. The Landscape Foreman will apply horticultural knowledge and industry standards to perform and supervise a variety of landscaping tasks, including pruning, planting, digging, hardscaping, mulching, and general landscape maintenance. This position is responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the daily activities of landscaping and groundskeeping crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Additional responsibilities may include reviewing contracts to determine service requirements, equipment needs, staffing levels, and project timelines. The Landscape Foreman may also answer inquiries from prospective customers regarding landscaping methods, materials, and pricing ranges. The successful candidate will ensure that all tools, machinery, and equipment are properly maintained and that any damaged, broken, or missing equipment is repaired or replaced promptly to minimize project delays. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequent bending, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting or carrying 50 pounds or more. Applicants must have a minimum of 24 months of experience in landscape and groundskeeping work. No educational requirement is required.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (day shift).
Wage:
$53,227 per year.
