Clean Slate Group is looking for a motivated, reliable, and self-sufficient full-time Urban Beautification Assistant Manager to oversee and perform a wide variety of property maintenance and beautification services throughout the Bozeman area. Clean Slate Group is best known for the traffic signal cabinet wraps found throughout Bozeman, but our work goes far beyond that. We partner with municipalities, property management companies, commercial property owners, and residential clients to keep properties and public spaces clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained. The Urban Beautification Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day field operations, leading employees, communicating with clients, operating equipment, and completing a wide variety of outdoor maintenance projects. This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Crew Management Manage and supervise a crew of approximately 1-2 full-time and 2-4 part-time employees Schedule employees, equipment, and projects to efficiently complete daily work Train employees and maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and workmanship Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule Operate and maintain trucks, snow equipment, landscaping equipment, and other company machinery Identify field issues and determine practical solutions with minimal supervision Client & Administrative Responsibilities Communicate directly with commercial, residential, municipal, and property management clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Respond to service requests and coordinate scheduling with clients Perform job estimates and assist with project planning Complete work orders, job documentation, and invoicing Monitor contracts and recurring service schedules Help identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients Urban Beautification & Property Maintenance Perform graffiti, sticker, poster, and other nuisance abatement throughout the Bozeman area Complete weed, overgrowth, brush, and general property cleanup Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscape maintenance Maintain parks, commercial properties, residential properties, and public spaces Perform dog waste removal and general porter/groundskeeping services Remove trash, debris, and other unwanted materials from properties Perform gopher mitigation services Assist with seasonal and special projects as needed Snow & Winter Operations Manage and perform commercial, residential, municipal, and sidewalk snow removal Operate truck snowplows, sidewalk machines, snow blowers, Bobcat Toolcat and other snow-removal equipment Shovel and clear sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and other pedestrian areas Respond to snow and ice events, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary Coordinate employees and equipment during snow events to ensure contracted areas are serviced properly and on time Perform winter inspections and address snow and ice concerns as needed

Compensation:
$52,000-$60,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Because much of our work is seasonal and weather-dependent, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays may be required , particularly during the winter snow season. Schedule flexibility is an important part of this position.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to pass any required background or driving-record checks Previous landscaping, snow removal, property maintenance, construction, equipment operation, or crew leadership experience is preferred but not required We are a drug-free workplace.
