Responsibilities Lead and supervise tree care crews and daily projects. Oversee tree trimming, pruning, removals, storm cleanup, and general maintenance. Operate and oversee chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and other equipment. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Train crew members and monitor jobsite productivity and safety. Communicate with customers and management regarding project needs. Qualifications 3+ years of tree care experience. Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of tree care practices and equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work. CDL and/or ISA certification preferred.
