What Youll Do:

As an Area Manager, you'll lead and support a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality landscape services. Your focus will be on strong communication, efficient operations, and building lasting client relationships all while developing your team and helping the business grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team that shares your commitment to excellence. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded expectations. Oversee landscape services, materials, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure top-quality results. Partner with customers and the community to grow business opportunities and enhance company reputation. Plan and manage bids and proposals to increase market share and contribute to company success. Conduct site inspections, prepare service plans, and adjust as needed. Monitor irrigation systems and plant health to identify any issues and recommend solutions. Support your team hands-on when needed to meet goals and deadlines. Promote safety, provide training, and encourage team development. Work with the Operations Manager to recruit, hire, and schedule crews effectively. Manage team paperwork, payroll, and performance evaluations. Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in landscaping or related fields. 3+ years of experience with landscape, irrigation, or project management.
