In Person About Red Line Landscapes Red Line Landscapes is a growing landscaping and hardscaping company serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. We specialize in landscape renovations, mulch and rock installation, plant installation, bed cleanups, hardscaping, drainage projects, and other outdoor improvements. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our crew on a part-time/project-based basis. What You'll Be Doing Installing mulch, rock, plants, and landscape materials Removing existing plants, shrubs, mulch, and debris Preparing and cleaning landscape beds Digging, grading, raking, and shoveling Loading and unloading materials and equipment Assisting with paver and hardscape projects Using basic landscaping tools and equipment Maintaining a clean and organized job site Working alongside the crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally Schedule This is a part-time, project-based position. Work will primarily be during weekdays, and hours may vary depending on our project schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional work without committing to a traditional 40-hour workweek. Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations Valid driver's license Dependable and able to arrive on time Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, shoveling, and moving materials Able to work well with a crew and follow instructions Professional and respectful around customers and their properties Landscaping, construction, hardscaping, equipment operation, or other outdoor labor experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider hardworking applicants who are willing to learn. Pay $20.00-$30.00 per hour Starting pay will be based on experience, skill level, equipment operation ability, reliability, and overall value brought to the crew. Opportunities for additional hours, increased pay, and increased responsibility may become available as Red Line Landscapes continues to grow.
