Our Crew Leads work alongside the crew every day. You will mow, trim, blow, prune, install mulch and plants, aerate, overseed, complete cleanups, and handle other lawn and landscape work while also helping set the pace, maintain quality, and keep the crew productive.

Motivated Working Leader Who:

Has at least 3 years of professional lawn, landscape, outdoor service, or trade experience Has experience leading others or taking responsibility in the field Is willing to work alongside the crew every day Is reliable, prompt, honest, and hardworking Pays close attention to details and follows directions Takes pride in quality work and putting clients first Helps set the pace and holds the crew to a high standard Communicates problems instead of ignoring them Is willing to help train less-experienced employees Has a clean driving record and can drive company and commercial vehicles Wants an opportunity to grow with a company What You'll Be Doing This is an active, physical outdoor position.

Work may include:

Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Lawn maintenance Shrub pruning Plant installation Mulch and landscape bed installation Seasonal and fall cleanups Aeration and overseeding Basic irrigation adjustments Other lawn and landscape projects As Crew Lead, you will also help: Keep jobs and routes on schedule Maintain crew pace and productivity Check quality before leaving each property Make sure client instructions are followed Keep track of tools and equipment Communicate property or equipment issues Work directly with the owner and clients Train and guide other team members We are looking for someone who wants to make the next 5-10 years of their career their best yet . Pay:
