Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Growth opportunities Lively atmosphere Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Landscape Technician to join our installation crew. This position focuses on landscape construction, hardscaping, and large outdoor improvement projects , rather than routine lawn maintenance. Team members will help build patios, retaining walls, landscape beds, drainage systems, and other outdoor features for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Install hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and paver systems Perform landscape installations such as planting trees/shrubs, sod installation, mulching, grading, and bed creation Assist with site preparation including excavation, leveling, compacting base materials, and drainage work Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and other construction tools Read and follow project plans, measurements, and layouts Load/unload materials including stone, pavers, soil, and plants Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and organized job site Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in hardscaping, landscaping installation, or outdoor construction Knowledge of paver installation, retaining wall systems, or grading Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical outdoor work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities to learn hardscape construction and equipment operation Consistent project-based work (not just mowing) Career growth within the company Hands-on training in landscape and outdoor construction Typical Projects Paver patios and walkways Retaining walls and drainage systems Landscape bed installations Sod and planting projects Outdoor living spacesJob Type:
