Hardison Landscaping LLC is a growing residential landscape and hardscape installation and construction company located in Louisburg, NC. We offer services such as landscape design, planting, sod installation, paver patios, fire features, retaining walls, light irrigation, light grading, and more. We're excited to hire the right candidate who is experienced in landscape and hardscape installation. Verified Experience and knowledge is an absolute must to be considered. This position will require a detail oriented person with an excellent attitude, work ethic, organizational and communicational skills, proficiency in operating job-related machinery, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing circumstances. The perfect candidate will be comfortable and proficient in leading, managing, supervising, and working along side a 3-4 person installation crew. You will be responsible for training and keeping track of time sheets for employees who are under your direct supervision, and effectively and professionally communicating with our clients and suppliers on a daily basis. We're looking for a self motivated individual who is organized, professional, and ready to hit the ground running.

• At least 21 years old with a clean NCDL and criminal background check.
• 5+ years of landscaping or hardscaping experience. This does NOT include experience in landscaping maintenance, lawn mowing, weed eating, shrub pruning, chemical spraying, fertilizing, or general landscape clean up. We do not preform this type of work.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. on a daily basis
• Ability to effectively work in all types of weather conditions and extreme temperatures
• Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and back up a F450 "dump-body" truck with a 18' equipment trailer attached. You will need the experience and confidence to do this routinely in tight spaces such as residential neighborhoods.
• Ability and willingness to work long hours if needed, especially during the spring, summer, and fall. You must have the willingness to adapt to a varying work schedule from week to week.
• Knowledge of plant material and horticulturally sound practices of plant installation. Ability to follow design plans, improvise if needed, and install plant material with little to no supervision.
• Knowledge of hardscape materials and proper installation methods, ability to install hardscape structures including pavers & natural stone patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc. with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of turf grass
• ability to properly prepare residential lawns for sod installation with little to no supervision.
