ABOUT THE ROLE
Enhancement Field Manager - Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced Enhancement Field Manager to lead crews and oversee commercial landscape enhancement projects. In this role, you'll supervise and develop team members while remaining hands-on in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to GreenView Partners' quality standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead, supervise, and develop Enhancement Specialists to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to crew members. Perform and oversee commercial landscape enhancement projects, including mulch installation, seasonal color, plant installations, landscape renovations, sod installation, and other enhancement services. Read landscape plans and ensure projects are completed according to specifications. Operate and safely use commercial landscaping equipment, trucks, trailers, and power tools. Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity while maintaining budgeted labor hours. Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and company safety procedures. Communicate daily with the Production Manager regarding project status, scheduling, materials, and customer needs. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce all company safety policies. Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, and accidents immediately. Maintain a professional appearance while interacting courteously with customers and the public. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1 year of commercial landscape enhancement experience preferred. Previous leadership or crew management experience required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Experience with landscape construction, mulch, seasonal color, plant installations, and enhancement projects. Ability to read landscape plans and use a scale. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and time management skills. Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Employees in this role must be able to: Regularly stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Walk extended distances across uneven terrain. Perform physically demanding landscape enhancement work, including installing plant material, mulch, seasonal color, sod, and other landscape improvements. Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment, trucks, trailers, and hand tools. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance. Climb ladders or similar structures when required. Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight. Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, customers, and vendors. Meet the visual requirements necessary to safely perform the essential functions of the job.
