Our current crew leader was just promoted to a management position so we need to fill his spot. This crew focuses on enhancements and small landscape projects. They occasionally do lawn maintenance as well when needed. We need a reliable person that will show up each day ready to work and improve themselves along side our company. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to jump into a growing company and start a great career. If you are knowledgeable with the landscape industry, good with people, a hard worker, and love the outdoors this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Mulch and pine straw. Planting. Sod. Pruning. Irrigation. Mow, weed eat, edge, prune, mulch, pine straw, plant flowers, plant shrubs/ trees, install sod, etc. Direct, coordinate, monitor, and contribute to work being done on job sites Planning/ organizing how to get things done on job sites Quality and safety control Evaluate and improve work using skills in leadership and communication. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and customers. Responsible for overall equipment and vehicle cleanliness. Along with service/ maintenance work as needed. We do have an operations manager that helps with this as well Responsible for equipment being properly stored to prevent loss, damage, or theft
