Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, manage a team of crew members, and ensure the successful completion of a variety of landscaping, grounds maintenance, and hardscape projects. Your expertise in lawn care, plant identification, irrigation management, and team supervision will drive quality results and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills while working outdoors on diverse Landscape project. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure efficient execution of planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance tasks Oversee landscape installation projects including hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy landscapes Ensure all crew members operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members to meet project deadlines Conduct plant identification to select appropriate flora for various landscape designs and maintenance needs Operate company vehicles for transportation of crew members and equipment to project sites while adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles with a strong background in team management Extensive outdoor work experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation Knowledge of irrigation systems management and irrigation best practices Familiarity with landscape projects and related site requirements Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew effectively Excellent plant identification skills coupled with horticulture knowledge for sustainable landscape practices
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
