Landscape / Hardscape Foreman Divine Landscape and Design is hiring an experienced foreman for projects in Omaha and surrounding communities. We're a local, veteran-led company installing patios, retaining walls, drainage, planting, and mulch beds. We need someone who can lead a crew, work alongside them, and keep jobs on track. Pay and benefits Full-time position. $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience. Work through winter. Company vehicle provided for the foreman. Sign-on bonus may be available. Amount and terms will be discussed during hiring. A benefits stipend may be available. Details will be discussed during hiring. Responsibilities Organize daily tasks, tools, and materials. Lead landscape and hardscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, drainage, planting, and mulch beds. Check grades, base preparation, compaction, and finished work. Operate equipment safely and keep jobsites clean. Communicate job progress and problems clearly. Required skills and experience Previous landscape and hardscape installation experience, including patios and retaining walls. Experience leading a crew and working alongside the team. Ability to check grades, prepare and compact base materials, and install landscape drainage systems. Ability to operate landscape and hardscape installation equipment safely. Valid driver's license. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication. Ability to perform physical outdoor work in changing weather conditions.
