Landscape Foreman Garret's Lawn Service is seeking experienced, motivated individuals to step into a leadership role as a Landscape Foreman. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a crew in landscape maintenance and installation projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every job site. Supervise and lead a crew in daily landscape operations including mowing, planting, hardscaping, and seasonal work such as snow removal Train and mentor crew members to ensure proper techniques, safety procedures, and productivity Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and tools Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times Monitor quality of work and make adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations Manage daily job schedules and adapt to weather or changing priorities Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients when necessary Perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in landscape maintenance and installation, including softscape and hardscape Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality Reliable transportation and valid drivers license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs frequently throughout the day Full range of mobility including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and best practices Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to be flexible with job duties including mowing, landscaping, and snow removal

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (some weekends may be required depending on weather and workload)

Pay:

Based on experience and leadership ability

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
