Pending candidate availability and proven skill level About Us Clear Creek Landscapes, LLC specializes in high-end hardscape and softscape construction for residential clients. We build paver patios, walkways, stone and block retaining walls, outdoor living features, and more. Our team takes pride in precise craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a positive jobsite culture. We're now hiring a proven and highly skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. 1. Landscape Foreman -
Hardscaping and Landscaping Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a crew of 2-4 laborers on hardscape and softscape projects for 8-10-hour work days Monday - Friday (40-45 hours per week average) Read and execute from design plans/layouts for patios, walls, walkways, waterfalls, outdoor kitchens and living spaces, and landscape beds Set grades, lay base materials, and install pavers and retaining wall systems to spec Operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and other equipment safely and efficiently Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines Communicate with clients and management about project progress
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience building hardscapes (pavers, walls, steps, etc.) 2+ years as a foreman leading a crew installing hardscapes and softscapes Proven leadership or crew management experience Ability to read plans and use layout tools (transit, levels, string lines) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license required (CDL is a big plus) Carpentry experience is a plus

Basic Requirements:
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual labor outdoors Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to troubleshoot jobsite and project layout Motivate and educate crew to be efficient and produce projects on schedule Previous or landscaping is required for this role Driver's license required (CDL is a plus) Interviewing and hiring over next month. We operate with 5-6 Design/Build Crews based on quality of candidates during peak summer months and 2-4 Design/Build Crews in slower months including winter
