Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to support a variety of outdoor projects including planting, hardscape, turf work, and general landscape maintenance. We are looking for somebody with at least a little bit of experience who can dive in and provide meaningful support to our existing crews. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and taking pride in quality work. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and other site work Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided) Follow direction from foreman and managers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Requirements Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Dependable and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow Valid driver's license preferred Position Details Some on-the-job training provided but we are looking for somebody who does have some experience in the landscape field, specifically in landscape installation.
