Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation management. Lead a team of landscapers and gardening staff, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback. Oversee the installation and repair of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and landscape health. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues related to plant health, pest control, or structural concerns such as fencing or pathways. Manage construction projects related to landscape improvements or new installations from planning through execution. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; schedule routine maintenance to maximize longevity and performance. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden management. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening techniques, and general landscape construction. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse crew effectively. Familiarity with equipment operation such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small construction tools. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
