Job Description

Excavation & Sitework Foreman / Expert This position is responsible for ensuring every pool and patio project is graded properly and professionally. This role oversees and assists with excavation, grading, drainage, elevations, jobsite cleanliness, material organization and just overall maintaining a professional jobsite operation. This position will be a direct support to the pool installers. Primary Responsibilities Manage excavation, grading for swimming pool and pool decks. Assist with backfilling and water fill ups of Fiberglass Pools Prepare Gunite Pools after fresh gunite in preparation of plumbing and hardscape Coordinate materials and tasks with Project Managers, crews, and subcontractors. Ensure equipment, materials, and manpower are scheduled efficiently. Some concrete work- equipment pads and fiberglass collars Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Qualifications Experience driving work trucks and trailers with small excavation equipment Medical card to legally drive commercial pickup truck with trailer Strong experience in excavation, grading, drainage, and site development. Knowledge of swimming pool and hardscape construction. Ability to read plans and understand site elevations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
