We are currently seeking Team Leads/Team Members for our landscape crews. Responsibilities;

• ensuring tasks are completed to company standards in a timely manner
• responsible for proper use of equipment
• ensure company policies are being followed by team members
• ability to delegate and work while managing
• ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted by end of work day.

• Must be proficient multiple using zero turn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, edging beds, installing mulch, plants, bushes and trees.
• Must be able to communicate with management and customers. Demonstrate professionalism at ALL times.
• Ability to address mechanical issues in the field with instruction
