We are seeking an energetic and experienced Mower/Landscaper/Crew Leader to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will lead and execute a variety of landscape maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient operations. Your expertise in lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and construction will be vital in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. As a crew leader, you'll motivate and supervise team members, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance outdoor aesthetics Manage tree care operations such as pruning, removal, and health assessments with precision and safety awareness Coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction tasks like installing features or hardscaping elements Maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools; ensure proper use and regular upkeep Provide mentorship and training to team members on best practices in landscaping, safety procedures, and customer service Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields with a strong knowledge of plant health and landscape design principles Prior leadership experience managing teams in outdoor or construction environments Skilled in operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools Knowledge of tree care practices such as pruning and removal; familiarity with landscaping processes is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors for extended periods while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license with clean driving record; certification in landscape or horticulture-related areas is preferred Join our team where your expertise will directly impact the beauty of outdoor spaces!
