Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of landscape projects, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Oversee landscape installation, maintenance, lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system setup Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members to maximize productivity Conduct quality inspections of completed work and address any issues promptly Manage equipment use, maintenance schedules, and supply inventory to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project specifications and deliver outstanding results Requirements Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or horticulture with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and general land management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively Familiarity with construction practices related to landscaping projects Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Ability to read blueprints or project plans is a plus Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed Join us if you're ready to lead a talented team dedicated to creating stunning landscapes!
