Job Description
Job Overview Northern Human Services is accepting applications for a part-time Service Coordinator position. We are seeking a team-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. Applicants should demonstrate excellent writing ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, and passionate about advocating for the individuals they serve, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. This regional position is responsible for providing service coordination to our growing caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain disorders, and those with dual diagnoses of mental health conditions, and for assisting adults in living fulfilling and productive lives throughout NHS A valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
