Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lawn Care Crew Leader for our outdoor maintenance team in delivering exceptional lawncare and landscaping services. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold safety standards, and drive efficiency on every job site. Experience with skid steers, excavators, and other type equipment is a plus. Must have a clean driving record. This position is a year round position with snowplowing in the winter. Winters are paid 40 hours a week salary, with working less hours during the winter. Responsibilities Lead the lawn care and landscape maintenance crew to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Work with the team mowing, trimming, planting, and general grounds maintenance. Ensure all team members operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and other equipment. Oversee the operation of company vehicles and equipment to ensure proper use and maintenance. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols. Requirements Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, with strong knowledge. Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings. Skilled in operating grounds maintenance machinery and landscaping equipment safely. Valid clean driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; must be comfortable driving in outdoor environments. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate and manage a crew effectively. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
