Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of landscape design and installation processes. Responsibilities Stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects, ensuring all necessary tools are prepared and available. Move equipment between job sites efficiently to support project timelines. Oversee the execution of both residential and commercial landscape projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations. Handle customer communications to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly. Conduct jobsite inspections regularly to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control. Troubleshoot field problems as they arise to minimize delays and maintain project momentum. Track job progress through detailed documentation and reporting to ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with owners and management regarding project status, challenges, and successes. Ensure that all jobs are completed properly, profitably, and in accordance with company standards. Apply knowledge of landscape design and installation techniques to support project planning and execution. Skills Proven experience in landscape construction or project management within the landscaping industry. Strong leadership abilities with excellent crew management skills. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management. Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and efficiently. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of landscape design principles, installation methods, and safety protocols. Ability to operate or coordinate the staging of equipment and materials effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities on active job sites.
