Above Ground Pool Install Contractor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Above Ground Pool Installer / Builder to join our growing outdoor living construction team for the 2026 season. This position involves working alongside our landscape and hardscape crews on complete turnkey, above-ground pool installations and related backyard construction projects throughout Northern New Jersey. Responsibilities Install above-ground swimming pools from start to finish Perform proper site layout and ground preparation Level pool areas accurately using excavation and grading equipment Assist with retaining walls, patios, decks, drainage, and related outdoor construction around pool projects Assemble pool walls, uprights, rails, liners, and accessories Install and connect pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators, skimmers, and return systems Troubleshoot basic pool equipment and operational issues Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites Work safely and professionally as part of a team Qualifications Experience installing above-ground pools required Familiarity with pool equipment and accessories preferred Experience with site work, grading, or landscape construction strongly preferred Ability to read measurements and work accurately Comfortable using construction tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Knowledge of pool openings/closings and water chemistry is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time and seasonal opportunities available Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding outdoor living construction company Variety of outdoor construction and pool projects

Pay:
