Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Landscape Foreman Join Our Growing Team! Bears Landscaping & Sons, Inc., is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Landscape & Hardscape Foreman to lead our landscaping and hardscape crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and can keep projects running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise and lead landscape and hardscape crews on residential and commercial job sites. Manage daily schedules and ensure projects are completed on time. Read and follow landscape and hardscape plans. Train, motivate, and oversee crew members. Operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely. Ensure all work meets company quality standards. Maintain a safe and organized job site. Communicate with customers and management professionally. Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, zero turn mowers, ride on mowers, trimmers, edgers & other landscape equipment Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required) Minimum of 3-5 years experience, pay based on experience Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions & lift 50+ pounds Assist with snow removal operations during winter season
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
