What You'll Do Lead a landscape construction crew while installing: Paver patios, walkways, and driveways Retaining walls Irrigation systems Trees, shrubs, and planting beds Decorative rock, mulch, and landscape finishing You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving efficiently, maintaining high-quality workmanship, ensuring jobsite safety, and providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader. Experience in landscape construction and irrigation. Ability to read plans and manage daily jobsite operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and management. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
