Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Landscape Foreman - Build Beautiful Outdoor Spaces, Not Just Landscapes Are you a skilled landscape foreman who takes pride in quality workmanship? We are a growing landscape company specializing in high-end residential landscape construction . If you enjoy leading a crew, working with professional equipment, and creating landscapes you'll be proud to put your name on, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Lead a landscape construction crew while installing: Paver patios, walkways, and driveways Retaining walls Irrigation systems Trees, shrubs, and planting beds Decorative rock, mulch, and landscape finishing You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving efficiently, maintaining high-quality workmanship, ensuring jobsite safety, and providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader. Experience in landscape construction and irrigation. Ability to read plans and manage daily jobsite operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and management. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Why Work With Us?
