Landscape Foreman — Commercial Landscaping & Snow Operations B.A.C.K. Home and Yard Services | Western New York B.A.C.K. Home and Yard Services is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. We need someone who can lead a crew, work independently, operate equipment, and take ownership of commercial properties. This position will help us finish out the 2026 landscaping season, learn our commercial properties and routes, and transition into snow and ice operations for the 2026-27 winter season. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside landscaping crews. Manage daily commercial landscape maintenance and installation work. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Operate commercial mowers, skid steers, loaders, trucks, and other equipment. Communicate with management and customers when needed. Learn and manage our commercial properties and their specific service requirements. Operate commercial snowplows and equipment during winter operations. Assist with snow routes, salting, ice management, and crew coordination. Help train and lead less-experienced employees. Requirements 3+ years of professional landscaping experience. Previous Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader experience

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation. Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Reliable and dependable. Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor. Willing to work extended/overnight hours during snow events. Preferred Commercial snow-plowing experience. Skid steer or wheel loader experience. Pickup plow experience. Salt/ice-management experience. CDL or willingness to obtain one. Basic equipment/mechanical knowledge. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
