Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description

Position Overview B.A.C.K. Home and Yard Services LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape laborer to join field crews in delivering high-quality landscape and hardscape installations. This role requires strong work ethic, technical expertise, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently from start to finish. Key Responsibilities work with a crew on landscape and hardscape projects Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations Operate and oversee the use of equipment (skid steers, excavators, compactors, etc.) Perform hands-on work alongside crew members Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members Track labor, materials, and progress for each project Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping. Must have experience working with. a commercial crew or knowledge of hardscape installation practices and procedures.
Strong knowledge of:
landscape maintenance practices Grading, drainage, and site prep Planting and softscape installation Ability to read and execute site plans and layouts Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with project layout using lasers and grading tools Knowledge of local materials and suppliers in WNY DOT medical card Ability to train and mentor crew members Mechanical experience with equipment and vehicles. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
