Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction will drive successful project execution while fostering a motivated and efficient team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor environments and deliver exceptional results for clients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, lawn care, irrigation installation, and landscape construction Lead a team of crew members by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to ensure productivity and safety Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all landscaping activities Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Conduct quality inspections of work completed and implement improvements as needed Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong knowledge of plant health and garden management Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening techniques, and landscape construction processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide crew members toward shared goals Knowledge of safety standards related to landscaping equipment and materials Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces through expert landscaping practices!
