Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to ensure proper care and landscape design adherence. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools safely and effectively. Coordinate hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and craftsmanship. Supervise team members' performance while fostering a positive work environment through leadership and clear communication. Skills Extensive outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance and landscaping. Proven supervising experience with crew management in outdoor or construction settings. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including plant identification and tree care. Skilled in irrigation management and troubleshooting irrigation systems. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; experience with company vehicle operation is a plus. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and garden design principles.
