Identify various plants, trees, and horticultural elements to ensure proper care and placement within landscape designs. Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and hardscape tools. Manage crew schedules, assign tasks, and provide leadership to motivate team members for optimal productivity. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to project specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in outdoor work environments with a focus on landscaping or grounds maintenance. Supervising experience leading teams in landscape or construction projects. Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and horticulture principles. Ability to identify plants accurately and understand their specific care requirements. Skilled in operating landscaping equipment and grounds management tools safely. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage crew members effectively while maintaining safety standards.
