Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Hardscape, to lead and oversee the installation, construction, and maintenance of hardscape features within outdoor landscape projects. In this role, you will coordinate teams, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional results that enhance our clients' outdoor environments. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a safe and efficient worksite while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and direct landscape hardscape crews to ensure timely and quality installation of features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other structural elements Coordinate project schedules, materials procurement, and equipment usage to optimize workflow and productivity Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members on technical tasks related to construction, landscaping, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture Monitor safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members and visitors Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to design specifications and client expectations Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify project scope and address any issues promptly Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, site conditions, and safety compliance Requirements Proven experience supervising landscape hardscape projects with a strong background in construction and landscaping techniques Knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Familiarity with various construction tools, equipment, and materials used in hardscape installations Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in outdoor construction environments Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately Join us as a Foreman in Landscape Hardscape to lead innovative outdoor projects that transform spaces into beautiful functional environments.
