A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and organize a 2-3 person crew Landscaping and property cleanups Mulching, planting, pruning and lawn work Hardscaping and masonry projects Paver patios and walkways Drainage and excavation work Load/unload tools and materials Keep the crew productive and jobsites clean Communicate job progress with the ownerRequirements:
Previous landscaping or hardscaping experience Experience supervising or leading workers preferred Must be reliable and show up on time Must be comfortable working outdoors and doing physical labor Valid driver's license strongly preferred Ability to drive a truck and trailer is a plus Knowledge of equipment and power tools is a plus We are looking for someone dependable who wants steady work and the opportunity to grow with the company.Company:
