Landscape & Hardscape Foreman - Full Time AlphaScape Solutions is looking for an experienced and reliable Landscape & Hardscape Foreman to lead a small crew in the Westchester County area.

Responsibilities:

Lead and organize a 2-3 person crew Landscaping and property cleanups Mulching, planting, pruning and lawn work Hardscaping and masonry projects Paver patios and walkways Drainage and excavation work Load/unload tools and materials Keep the crew productive and jobsites clean Communicate job progress with the owner

Requirements:

Previous landscaping or hardscaping experience Experience supervising or leading workers preferred Must be reliable and show up on time Must be comfortable working outdoors and doing physical labor Valid driver's license strongly preferred Ability to drive a truck and trailer is a plus Knowledge of equipment and power tools is a plus We are looking for someone dependable who wants steady work and the opportunity to grow with the company.
