As a Landscape Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaping services while leading a crew of 1-4 team members. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for someone who is passionate about landscaping, enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions, and is committed to fostering a positive and professional work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 members to complete landscaping enhancement and maintenance projects efficiently and safely Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations Ensure all work is completed to company standards, with attention to detail and quality to minimize call-backs Maintain professionalism at all times when interacting with team, management, and customers Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools Utilize an iPad to track real-time job progression and submit required paperwork, such as receipts and job completion forms Conduct post-job checklists to verify all tasks are completed and the site is left in excellent condition Enforce safety protocols and promptly document and report any incidents or violations Train and mentor crew members on equipment use and company standards, supporting their development toward working independently Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Foster a respectful and positive team environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least one year of experience leading landscaping or lawn maintenance crews Experience with advanced mowing equipment and setting up commercial mowing sites (preferred) Proficient in operating typical lawn maintenance equipment Strong oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software programs Valid drivers license and ability to drive a truck and pull a trailer Ability to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate Team-oriented with the ability to develop positive professional relationships Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test Offered compensation: $18/yr
