As a Mowing Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards, while fostering a positive and respectful work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 members in performing mowing, edging, weed control, and property clean-up tasks Operate and maintain various equipment, including stand-on mowers, riding mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, and hand tools Drive a commercial vehicle and safely tow a trailer to job sites Oversee job layout, manage materials, and complete required paperwork for each project Utilize company software systems for job tracking, including recording hours, work orders, and expenses Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and team coordination Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers Supervise snow removal operations during the winter, including managing crews and ensuring quality control Follow all company policies and procedures Foster a respectful and positive work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience leading crews in a landscaping or lawn maintenance setting High School Diploma or GED Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes Proficient in operating advanced mowing equipment and driving a truck with a trailer Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use computers and adapt to new software programs Ability to develop strong professional relationships with customers and team members Self-motivated, team-oriented, and a creative problem solver Physically able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites is preferred Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test Offered compensation: $18/yr - $23/yr Experience and License Requirements Commercial Mowing Equipment Crew Leadership
