A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Landscape/Hardscape Foreman:

Position involves installing complete landscape projects including Retaining Walls, Paver Patio's along with traditional landscaping. Must be able to operate Bobcats, mini excavators and other typical landscape equipment. Valid drivers license with good driving record, able to drive F350/450trucks with trailers.

Advancement:

We are a fast growing company who quickly promotes from within. Many of our current Landscape Foreman, assistant foreman and sales staff are former entry level employees (landscape crew). We conduct quarterly reviews to measure your advancement and discuss additional opportunities
