RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

Lead your crew in bringing beautiful and award-winning outdoor environments to life. Read and interpret blueprints and landscape plans for both commercial and residential landscape projects. Ensure the use of quality construction practices within the budgeted hours for the project. Aid in training your crewmembers on safety precautions, proper landscape techniques, including plant and tree installations and handling, mulching, patio layout and construction, walls, walkways, and water features. Year round position, performing snow management services during the winter months. Oversee your landscape equipment and handle your materials with care. Maintain a valid driver's license and remain in good standing with the
