The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will play a key role in maintaining client properties, leading crews, and upholding the companys standards of excellence. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside landscape maintenance crews to maintain client properties to the highest standards. Perform weekly lawn care and bed maintenance, including edging, mulching, weed control, mowing, and pruning. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail. Participate in team development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Manage multiple jobs and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines and client expectations. Foster positive relationships with clients and represent the company professionally on-site. Support a culture of organization, cleanliness, and pride in equipment and facilities. Qualifications Valid Ohio drivers license and experience operating a truck and trailer. Willingness to obtain the Ohio Pesticide Applicators License. Three years of experience as a team leader, foreman, or crew leader in the landscape industry (or a 2- or 4-year degree in horticulture, landscape, or construction-related discipline). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer service skills and a passion for working outdoors with plants. Ability to speak some Spanish is a plus; willingness to learn Spanish is required. Energetic, motivated, and eager to grow within the company. Non-smoker (M.J.
