Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews in executing lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency Oversee hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures from start to finish Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to ensure proper care and landscape design adherence Operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Maintain safety standards on-site by enforcing proper equipment operation and adherence to safety protocols Provide mentorship and training for crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong knowledge of horticulture principles Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments Skilled in plant identification and groundskeeping best practices Hands-on experience with hardscape construction projects such as patios or retaining walls Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Join our team to lead inspiring outdoor projects that transform landscapes into vibrant outdoor living spaces!
