In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining custom swimming pools and related hardscaping features. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into stunning, functional retreats for clients. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise installation of pools and associated features. Prepare site layouts, set foundations, and install pool shells using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment with safety as a top priority. Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment following industry standards and safety protocols. Execute building material installation including drywall, stucco, tile laying, caulking, plastering, and trim carpentry to create polished finishes. Manage hardscaping construction projects such as patios, decks, fencing, and landscaping elements to complement pool installations. Operate heavy machinery safely for excavation and site preparation while adhering to all safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship throughout every phase of installation. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on outdoor or remodeling projects; experience in building construction is highly valued. Familiarity with swimming pool installation processes including plumbing, electrical work, and building material installation like drywall or stucco. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites. Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and construction plans to execute precise installations. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to adapt quickly to changing site requirements. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites, electrical work, plumbing, and heavy machinery operation. Additional skills such as Bluebeam software proficiency, construction estimating or inspection experience are advantageous but not required.
