Crew Leader / Foreman (Landscaping + Lawn Renovations) Full-time | Huron, OH | Leadership Role Hey, I'm Jack Morris, owner of Turf Rehab. I'm looking for a foreman who cares. Someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants to help build something bigger than themselves. We're growing, and I need a right-hand person I can trust to lead a crew, solve problems, and get the job done right. This position is not for someone with less than 3 years of landscaping experience. I'm looking for someone who has been in the industry, understands what quality work looks like, and is ready to take ownership. The interview process will include a hands-on working interview. You should also be prepared to show photos or a portfolio of projects you've worked on so we can discuss your experience and the quality of your work. If that sounds like you, send me a message. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead a crew of 2 to 3 people day-to-day Run landscape installs, lawn renovations, and property maintenance jobs Keep jobs organized, clean, and on schedule Operate skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and related equipment Read and execute site plans, layouts, and elevations Communicate clearly with clients and management when needed Train and develop crew members, set standards and hold the line Maintain safety, quality, and equipment care What We Want (Non-Negotiables) You take ownership, you don't make excuses You lead from the front, not from the truck You can run a job without being babysat You care about details, cleanup, and doing it right the first time You treat customers and teammates with respect, always Experience and Skills 3+ years of landscaping experience (required) Crew leader or foreman experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of installs and construction Experience with grading, drainage, and planting Ability to read plans and lay out job sites Valid driver's license, trailer experience preferred Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Pay and Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Paid time off Clear path into bigger leadership and operations roles About Turf Rehab Turf Rehab is a growing lawn and landscape company in Northern Ohio.
