Job Description

Requirements:
Experience as a Landscape Manager Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and groundskeeping equipment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Valid driver's license.
Description of job duties:
Work closely with owner and office manager to ensure efficiency. Design and implement landscaping solutions for different types of properties. Create and manage budgets for various landscaping projects. Provide regular maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees, and other plants. Able to use chemical applicator equipment. Supervise and train the landscaping team. Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment. Maintain the landscaping equipment. Maintain safety regulations/training certificates for team.
