Landscape Crew Lead We are looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our team. We are currently toward the end of our landscaping season and are looking for someone who can step into a leadership role and help oversee our landscape projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for end-of-season work , as well as someone interested in long-term employment . If you are interested in staying through the winter, we also have snow removal and winter work available , with the opportunity to continue into the next landscaping season. Responsibilities As a Landscape Crew Lead, you will be responsible for helping lead the crew and making sure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and directing a landscaping crew on daily jobs Performing and overseeing mulching, edging, and landscape maintenance Tree and shrub trimming General property cleanups and landscape maintenance Assisting with hardscape projects Operating landscaping equipment and tools Making sure work is completed correctly and efficiently Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicating with management regarding job progress and any issues that arise Helping ensure the crew stays on schedule and produces quality work Qualifications Previous professional landscaping experience required Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment Experience with mulch, edging, tree/shrub trimming, and general landscape maintenance Some experience with hardscaping Able to confidently lead a crew and keep work moving Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Takes pride in quality workmanship Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM 30-minute lunch break End-of-Season & Long-Term Opportunity We are looking to fill this position within the next week .
