Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Manager responsible for leading and managing daily crew operations across maintenance, turf, and snow divisions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflow with accurate time and materials tracking using our software tools, upholding our company values every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor landscaping crews ensuring safe and efficient work execution Capture and report all time and materials usage daily in our landscape management software Conduct daily briefings covering schedules, safety, and task assignments Monitor job progress, quality standards, and client satisfaction on-site Foster a positive team culture aligned with company core values: community, attention to detail, safety, professionalism, and accountability Collaborate with operations and management for scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance consistently
Qualifications:
