A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Landscape Supervisor Up to $5000/year in Performance Bonuses!
What We Offer:
This is a full-time, hourly, position. Monday - Friday schedule. Performance-based bonuses. Weekly pay Paid time off Paid holidays Year-round employment Time and half for snow pay Company match 401k
What You'll Do:
Construction of hardscape, landscapes, drainage, sod, and lighting jobs for both residential and commercial clients. Direct a crew to bring jobs to completion within set time and budget parameters while maintaining accurate records. Work with crew members for continued growth & improvement. Routinely interact in a professional manner with clients throughout the course of a job by answering questions, responding to client requests, and providing a walk-through at the job's completion. Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily. Snow removal as needed.
Who You Are:
Verifiable experience & technical knowledge with plants, hardscape, drainage, & equipment operation. Verifiable experience as a crew foreman/project manager completing projects start to finish in an efficient manner. Able to set & achieve realistic production goals within a time sensitive schedule. Knowledgeable in safe construction practices & equipment operation. Proficient with landscape maintenance & installation. Able to operate equipment including, but is not limited to, mini excavators, bobcats, mini skid steers, & driving truck/trailer .
The Basics:
Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round. Assist with snow and ice removal in the winter, along with varied duties.
