RV Park Assistant Manager Ada, Oklahoma | Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week) | 1099 Independent Contractor Help us fill the parks and build great communities! We're seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at our park. This is a part-time, on-site role — after training, you'll be trusted to run daily operations independently. It's a great fit for someone who wants steady part-time work in exchange for free RV living, with the opportunity to earn more as you take on hours and experience.
Our primary goal is simple:
fill the parks, and keep our tenants happy. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries and convert prospects into tenants Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accounts Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries Handle resident concerns and enforce park rules Manage reservations, move-ins, and move-outs Conduct site tours and follow up with prospects Build positive resident relationships Conduct routine park inspections Monitor for safety concerns, leaks, and property issues Assign and track maintenance requests Track and report KPIs to ownership Qualifications Required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling difficult conversations Computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, software systems) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently once trained Preferred Experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, self-storage, mobile home parks, RV parks, or customer service leadership Experience with occupancy management and resident relations or customer service Able to live in park in your own RV. Experience with the RV lifestyle.
