Job Summary Outside Inc is a fast-paced, full-service landscaping and outdoor living company based in Catoosa, OK. We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead crews on installation and maintenance projects, including retaining walls, French drains, and full landscape builds. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews on job sites Read and interpret project plans/designs and ensure work meets specifications Oversee installation of hardscapes, retaining walls, drainage systems, plantings, and irrigation Manage job site safety, equipment use, and material needs Communicate with office/project management on job progress, timelines, and issues Train and mentor crew members Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on completed work Requirements 5-10+ years of hands-on landscaping/hardscaping experience, including supervisory experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong knowledge of landscape installation, grading, drainage, and hardscape construction Ability to read plans and manage a crew independently Valid driver's license; ability to operate landscaping equipment and tow trailers Physically able to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
