Job Summary Join our vibrant team as the Pumpkin Patch Hill Lead, where you will oversee the daily operations of our pumpkin patch attraction. • Responsibilities Lead multiple teams including hayrides, cannons and pig races Maintain the farm activities and delegate tasks as needed Oversee daily setup, maintenance, and cleanup of the pumpkin patch area to ensure a safe and inviting environment Enforce safety protocols, including monitoring for hazards and ensuring compliance with health guidelines Organize fun activities such as hayrides, photo opportunities, and seasonal games to enhance guest enjoyment Skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to engage with visitors, staff, and community partners effectively Proven organizational abilities for managing schedules, supplies, and event logistics Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating joyful seasonal experiences Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor events and public gatherings Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak season
